The Oklahoma History Center opened its newest exhibit, “The Art of Speed: Oklahomans and Fast Cars,” on Saturday, July 1. This six-week exhibit will feature 22 unique and, in some cases, one-of-a-kind automobiles from the private collections of several Oklahomans. The exhibit will be organized by eras and will include cars dating from 1900 to modern day. Among the cars on display will be a Mercer, Franklin, Cord, Pontiac, Corvette, Ferrari, Porsche and Jaguar.
