This workshop will fuse all three levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga poses that will increase mobility, balance, and movement in the body that will further advance your practice.
There will be instruction on how to enter/exit each pose safely, adjustments, and you will leave with information on how to begin sprinkling many poses into your daily practice!
