SHIFT is a fully-immersive, experiential art installation that challenges the participant to physically explore the full-sensory environment. Factory Obscura, a collective of artists and community builders, formed earlier this year to produce large scale installations that require new forms of audience engagement. This will be the first such installation, created as the fall 2017 Artists in Residence at Current Studio.

Spurred by the desire to cause a shift in thinking, and inspired by like-minded collective Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, Factory Obscura plans to launch a long-term vision for growth when SHIFT opens to the public. This installation will be the first leading the collective toward a permanent location in Oklahoma City.

The Preview Opening on November 9 is open only to sponsors, friends, and investors. Sponsorships range from $5-$10,000+. Details available at currentstudio.org/factory-obscura/.

Opening event will feature food, drinks, and other fun.

Tickets to the opening on November 9 will be sold at the door for $50, while supplies last.

Exhibition will continue with free admission through February 25, 2018.
